This Spring is filled with fashion juxtapositions. One the one hand, we’re seeing florescent lace trending while on the other we’re seeing a much more minimalist look. You can’t get much more minimalist than white on white (on white). Combine a white tank with a white blazer and white skinny jeans. I sported this look last weekend and it looked and felt so refreshing on a nice bright sunny day. For jeans, I recommend J Brand Maria high-waisted jeans in a medium weight denim. You may not be able to wear them far into summer in DC, but at least they won’t me see-through. I got mine on ebay for $100 but they can be purchased at Nordstrom’s for slightly under $200. Although, you can start wearing white foot wear (my rule is white after Easter not Memorial Day), I like pairing my all white outfits with a simple nude sandal like the Maggie from Pedro Garcia. This ensemble with guarantee you’ll be strolling around Georgetown in an effortless, comfortable style.
